The scope of work, deliverables, fees, payment terms, and timelines for each engagement will be as specified in the applicable proposal, quotation, invoice,statement of work, or agreement.

Customers are responsible for providing the information, access, approvals, and resources required for us to deliver the agreed services. Any additional requirements outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.

Payments must be made according to the agreed payment terms. Applicable taxes, including GST, will be charged as required by Indian law.

Our services may involve third-party software, platforms, APIs, payment gateways, or cloud services. Such services are also subject to the respective third-partyprovider's terms and policies. Zocoden Technologies is not responsible for interruptions or changes caused by third-party services.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property owned by Zocoden Technologies before an engagement, including our methodologies, templates, frameworks, tools, and reusable components, remains our property.

To the extent permitted by law, Zocoden Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kozhikode, Kerala, India, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may collect personal and business information, including your name, company name, email address, phone number, billing details, service enquiries, transaction information, and information submitted through our website.

Online payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways. Sensitive payment information such as complete card details, CVV, UPI credentials, or banking authentication information, is processed by the applicable payment provider and is not intended to be stored by Zocoden Technologies.

As Zocoden Technologies primarily provides professional and technology services, refund eligibility depends on the stage and nature of the service.

Before commencement: A cancellation request may be eligible for a full or partial refund if work has not commenced and no resources, licenses, subscriptions, or third-partyservices have been committed or purchased.

After commencement: Once work has started, charges for work already performed, resources allocated,or costs incurred are non-refundable. Any eligible balance may be refunded after deducting these amounts.

Third-party licenses and subscriptions: Software licenses, subscriptions, cloud services, domains,  and other third-party purchases are subject to the respective provider's cancellation and refund policies and may be non-refundable once activated or purchased.

Completed services: Payments for services or milestones already completed and delivered are non-refundable.

Duplicate/incorrect payments: Any duplicate or incorrect payment should be reported to us for verification.

Approved refunds will normally be initiated within 7–10 business days. The time taken for the amount to be credited may depend on the bank or payment gateway.

Zocoden Technologies primarily provides digital and professional services. No physical shipping is involved unless specifically agreed with a customer.

Service delivery timelines will be based on the applicable proposal, quotation, statement of work, or agreement and may depend on customer approvals, information, system access, and third-party services.
